「和牛農家さんや精肉屋さんの思いやこだわりも味と一緒に伝えたい！」との思いから立ち上げたGui’s Burger。厳選された素材と日本全国の生産者から直接取り寄せたこだわり抜かれた和牛、そんな和牛100％のバーガーを是非お楽しみください。
Gui’s Burgerではバーガーのパティを数種類の異なる和牛（とそれらの生産者）からお選びいただけます。
「Meet Your Wagyu」（和牛との出会い）をコンセプトの Gui’s Burgerでは美味しい和牛だけでなく、和牛を手間暇かけて育てた農家さんや美味しさを逃がさないように捌いた精肉屋さんなどの生産者の思いとこだわりの和牛ストーリーと貴方の出会いを心待ちにしております。
Gui’s Burger is a project by Humans of Wagyu, which was created to share the beauty and depth of the Japanese Wagyu. At Gui’s Burger, you can choose your 100% Wagyu Burger based on a Human of Wagyu, and experience different Wagyu from different farmers and butchers across Japan.

Our concept is Meet Your Wagyu, which is dedicated to connecting the stories of Wagyu farmers and butchers to your dining experience. By working directly with the Humans of Wagyu across Japan, we aim to create unique experiences for beef and burger lovers who are looking for the full Wagyu experience!
